ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to XIV Small Causes Court, Chennai, to dispose of E.P.No.506 of 2014 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. In view of the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition even without notice to the respondent.

3. Revision Petitioners filed E.P.No.506 of 2014 to execute eviction order passed in his favour in R.C.O.P.No.508 of 2010. Earlier, this Court by order dated 19.11.2018 in C.R.P.(NPD).Nos.4715 and 4716 of 2015 directed executing Court to dispose of the E.P.No.506 of 2014 within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of copy of that order. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court E.P.No.506 of 2014 was restored to file on 25.02.2019 and the petitioner was heard on 27.12.2011 and finally the arguments of the respondent was heard on 31.03.2022 and the matter was posted for passing orders.

4. A perusal of the docket entry furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest that from 31.03.2022 onwards the matter has been adjourned from time to time without any substantial progress. In view of the fact that argument of the

parties was already heard and the matter is posted for orders, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the E.P.No.506 of 2014 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
