Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court under Contempts of Courts Act 1971 for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 03.10.2024 passed in W.P.No.29625 of 2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 03.10.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29625 of 2024, thereby restraining the respondents from laying any road on the petitioner's patta land and to maintain status quo in respect of the subject property.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been

complied with. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 24.09.2025 issued by the Tashildar, Rasipuram, before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
