C.M.P. No. 18955 of 2022 in O.S.A. No. 226 of 2022 R. MAHADEVAN, J AND MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J (Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as respondent in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/proposed respondent submitted that the property involved in this appeal is right now in his possession and the patta and all the original documents are under his custody and therefore, the petitioner is the necessary party to the proceedings for effective adjudication.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ proposed respondent, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
