A.Nos.5104 & 5105 of 2024 in O.P.No.791 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

These applications have been filed to re-call and re-open the petitioner's side evidence in O.P.No.791 of 2023 to adduce additional evidence.

2. O.P.No.791 of 2023 has been filed for probate of the Will said to have been executed by M.Thiruniraiselvi.

3. Before the learned Master, the petitioner examined himself as PW1 and marked Exs.P1 to P10. Mr.N.Govindarajan, attestor of the Will was examined as PW2 and Ex.P11 was marked through him. Now, the petitioner has filed the two applications to file additional documents with above prayers.

4. In the interest of justice, both the applications are allowed.

5. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Master on 19.11.2024 for adducing further evidence.

6. After recording evidence, the matter may be listed before this Court.
