This application has been filed by the applicant seeking permission to file the documents and receive the same in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to receive and mark the documents subject to relevancy, proof and admissibility.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs would submit that the plaintiffs'

side evidence is already been closed. The suit is posted for defendants' side evidence and it is pending for more than three months without any progress.

Considering the above submission, Trial in the suit shall be completed within a period of six weeks.
