Heard Mr. S.Doraiswamy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. P.T.Ramadevi, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to add login ID of the Petitioner, viz., smahadevan1989@gmail.com, in all the works immediately so that he could participate in the tender, viz., E-Tenders Limited Tender Notice in Z.O.14.C.No.E1/8784/2022 dated Nil.10.2022 on the file of the Respondents as per the request made by him in his representation dated 02.11.2022 and till such time, direct the Respondents not to process the tender. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the online application of the Petitioner has been received by the Respondents and proof for the same has been placed on record.
