Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
