This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24703 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions. \

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24703 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
