When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.06.2016 passed in W.P.No.18779 of 2016 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the communication issued by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (CBE) Limited, Coimbatore in Ref.No.L13/MCOP/TSTC/ERD/21, dated 12.02.2021, to that effect.

2.The aforesaid submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
