Crl.M.P.No.16950 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16950 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23898 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23898 of 2022 by order dated 30.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and the charge sheet has been filed before the Mahila Court, Dharmapuri.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23898 of 2022 by an order dated 30.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Mahila Court, Dharmapuri on the first working day of December 2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Mahila Judge.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
