(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward with a grievance to consider the representation made dated 07.10.2016, wherein it has been stated that the proposed construction of the drainage collection tank would cause the environmental and health hazards.
2. Taking into consideration of the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the matter, we call upon the District Collector, Vellore to pass orders on the representation dated 07.10.2016 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
