ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records comprised in the proceedings of the respondents in FIR No.152 of 2011, date 27.07.2011 and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation, laid final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.1215 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
