Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry over the appointment / regularization of the Teaching faculty in Bharathiar Palakalai Koodam, and on those certificates produced by the faculties, and take necessary action there under, by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 23.6.2016 and 11.8.2016 and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to fill up the post of Principal in the above institution, enabling effective administration of the institution.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this probono publico alleging that the third respondent Institution has committed several irregularities in appointing the faculties without adequate qualification.Since the representations made by the petitioner were not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents filed in support of the writ petition would prima facie show that the teachers have been appointed without proper qualification.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents submits that the last representation of the petitioner dated 11.8.2016 would be looked into by respondent No.2 and necessary action will be taken as per law.

4. Considering the submissions so made, respondent No.2 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner said to have been made on 11.8.2016 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. The petitioner is further directed to send the copy of the representation along with the copy of the order passed in this writ petition to respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

6. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
