This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.4787/A4/2023 dated 10.09.2023 issued under Section 77-A of the Registration Act and to quash the same.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
