Though the petitioner raised several grounds to challenge the impugned C.C.No.296 of 2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be satisfactory if the trial Court is directed to dispose of the proceedings within a stipulated time.

2.Since the charges were framed in the year 2017, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, who is now said to be incharge of the cases pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi shall endeavour to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.296 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
