(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) We have heard Mr. V.Karthik, the learned Senior Counsel for Mr.N.Damodaran, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. V.Gunasekar, the learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board.

2. Mr. V. Gunasekar, the learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, would submit that an application submitted by the petitioner's Unit has lapsed and a recommendation has been made for retrieval of the lapsed application and the same will be retrieved within a week from today. Once it is retrieved, it is for the petitioner to re-submit it along with the required documents, and upon resubmission, the Pollution Control Board will pass order thereon within a period of four weeks thereafter.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of recording the statement of the learned counsel. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
