ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to pass orders on the appeal/representation dated 12.03.2024 filed by the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The petitioner was aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent rejecting his representation and hence, he filed an appeal before the second respondent on 12.03.2024 under Section 69 of the H. R. & C.E. Act. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
