C.M.P.No.7432 of 2020 in S.A.No.1665 of 2011 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the petition for restoration of the above Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that she has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.This Court having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 18 days in filing the above C.M.P.No.7432 of 2020 in S.A.No.1665 of 2011, is hereby condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.R.Kannan, learned counsel for the appellant and in his place, print the name of Mr.V.Raghavachari as learned counsel for appellant in the cause list.

5. The Registry is directed to number the restoration petition.
