This application has been filed to grant temporary custody of the minor child for 50% of all the School vacations commencing from October 2024 and on 1st September and 13th March being the birthdays of the minor child and the applicant respectively pending disposal of the above Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

3. On an earlier occasion, this Court by an order dated 24.05.2024, permitted the child to stay with the applicant / father during the daytime i.e. 8.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M. from 25.05.2024 till 31.05.2024 Additionally, there is an existing order for visitation on Sundays.

4. It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the school holidays starts on 02.10.2024 and ends on 13.10.2024 and the applicant wants to spend quality time with his minor daughter during the vacation.

5. After considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and perusing the order of this Court dated 24.05.2024, I am inclined to allow the application, with a direction that the applicant / father shall pick up the minor daughter from respondent / mother's residence at 9.00 A.M. and return the child back by 8.00 P.M., each day from 03.10.2024 to 10.10.2024.

6. With the above direction, this application stands allowed.
