ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction upon the 1st respondent to release her vehicle bearing Regn.No.TN-05-CJ-4756 seized on 25.02.2023 by the 3rd respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, however the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has paid the penalty and the subject vehicle was released in her favour. Hence, he submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
