Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the application of the petitioner dated 07.12.2016 for the replacement of the vehicle TN 33 N 0375 by another vehicle of a later model having the seating capacity of 28 in all and pass orders forthwith.

2.The limited prayer that is made by the petitioner is that, his application pending for replacement of vehicle preferred under Section 83 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 read with Rule 201 of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 be disposed of. 3.Accordingly, the respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 07.12.2016, in accordance with law.
