This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.9(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.12725 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12725 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
