This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw M.C.No.102 of 2017, on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of any other Family Court at Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.It is seen that the divorce petition filed by the petitioner in O.P.No.760 of 2013 also transferred from the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai by the order passed in C.R.P. (PD).No.3885 of 2017.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The entire case in M.C.No.102 of 2017 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred the same to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.
