ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by P.Jeeva seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 02.08.2016 based on the certificate bearing Ref.No.4169/E1/2016 issued by the Director, Government Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital, Regional Cancer Centre, Karapettai, Kanchipuram, dated 01.08.2016.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been appointed as Nurse on 09.10.1997 and she had undergone probation and completed the probation on 08.10.1999. Since then, she has been working to the satisfaction of her superior officers for the past 15 years. Hospital, Karapettai, Kancheepuram, without any transfer or deputation to any other hospital, the respondents had conducted the transfer counselling took place on 02.08.2016 at 10.00 a.m. for all the nurses working under the Rural and Health Services, Chennai-600 006. She took part in the transfer counselling by producing all the documents, but, till date, the respondents have not issued any order either accepting or rejecting her case.
Therefore, she has given a representation dated 02.08.2016 to the first respondent. Since, no order has been passed in the pending representation, she has come forward before this Court by way of this petition.
3.Thus, taking note of the fact that the petitioner also took part in the counselling conducted on 02.08.2016, the petitioner is directed to give one more representation, within a week from today and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits, within a period of one week thereafter.
4.In view of the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
