This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner shall execute the surety by his wife namely M.Anne Bella as one of the surety and to produce any friend or distant relatives as another surety instead of the petitioner shall execute two blood related sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25931 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. The petitioner shall surrender and execute the bond, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
