Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the notice reference number nil dated 17.11.2004 and 19.11.2004, issued by the second respondent to the petitioner. Quash the same and forbear the respondents from taking any action against the petitioner under sec 38 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act 1994 without any enquiry in respect of the complaints dated 30.12.2003 by the petitioner to the first respondent, about the second respondent.

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders in respect of the complaint dated 30.12.2003 given by the petitioner against the third respondent and now pending on the file of the first respondent, within the time frame.
