O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner alleges that the second respondent is putting up construction in the patta land of the petitioner without due permission from the first respondent. On 28.11.2016, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent. Since the first respondent has not taken any action on the representation, the present writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dt. 28.11.2016.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the case, we direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2016, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.38040 of 2016 is closed.
