ORDER
This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 10.05.2017 made in C.M.P.No.4514 of 2013 by the judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode, filed by the respondent to condone the delay of 960 days in representing the complaint.
2. When the matter is taken up today the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there was no stay order in this Revision Petition and that in the meanwhile, the complaint was taken on file by Trial Court and the trial has been completed and the petitioner has been acquitted by the Judgement dated on 16.09.2019 and thereby nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Petition.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as nothing survives. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
