Respondent/ Petitioner Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Lease and Rent Control Act against the fair and decreetal order dated 16.11.2016 passed in R.C.A.No.25/2013 by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore setting aside the fair and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.175 of 2006 dated 13.09.2012 by the Rent Controller cum Principal District Munsif of Coimbatore.

When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the petitioner has handed over the possession to the respondent and hence the prayer that has been sought for has become infructuous.
