O R D E R

Earlier, this Court, on 12.03.2018 had directed the matter to be placed before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre,

High Court, Madras. The parties have amicably settled disputes between them and entered into a Memorandum of Compromise dated 11.04.2018 signed by both the parties and their respective counsels.

2. The Memorandum of Compromise is taken on record, which read as follows:

Except to put up the shed for covering the sewerage treatment plant, the respondents shall not put up any construction/structure including car shed, or covered car park in the open areas specified in the approved plan by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority in PP8549/B Spl Building 471/B/D 2013 in letter No.B3 16430/12 dated 19.12.2013.

3. The above said terms of compromise are recorded.

4. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

5. In view of the above settlement arrived at between the parties, the Original Application is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. The said Memorandum of Compromise shall form part and parcel of the order. No costs. 23.04.2018 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No rsi
