Mr. V. Govardhanan of M/s. Row and Reddy, Learned Counsel takes notice for the Respondent.

When it was pointed out that the cause of action for the Writ Petition has wholly arisen and the seat of authority of the Respondent is situated, within the territorial limits of jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of this Court, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. It is made clear that the Petitioner is not precluded from filing a fresh Writ Petition for same relief before the Madurai Bench of this Court.
