Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.79, Chief Secretariat (Health) dated 28.10.2022, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner Institution for fixing and collecting their own Fee Structure that is to be paid by students admitted into the both UG and PG courses in the petitioner Institution from the Academic year 2022-23.
