This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(c) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.87 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) represented that as on date the petitioner has not been arrayed as accused, no case has been registered against the petitioner and the petitioner is not an accused in this case.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
