2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the suit is filed for partition of the properties that were acquired jointly by the husband of the applicant and the respondents. He further submitted that except item Nos.1,4,5 and 8, all other suit schedule properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, he submits that it is just and necessary that leave should be granted in respect of the properties that are outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

Considering the said submissions and on examining the affidavit in support of the application and the plaint, it is clear that many of the schedule mentioned properties are within the jurisdiction of this Court.
