..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2016 for rectifying the error crept in, in respect of lands to an extent of 0.48.50 hectares in Survey No.825/2 Part New TS No.6 in of Hosur Town, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2016 for rectifying the error crept in, in respect of lands to an extent of 0.48.50 hectares in Survey No.825/2 Part New TS No.6 in of Hosur Town, Krishnagiri District.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation dated 16.08.2016 made by the petitioner is available and the same is pending before the second respondent and the same shall be considered in accordance with law as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without expressing any opinion on it, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent, to consider the representation dated 16.08.2016, on merits and in accordance with law as early as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the parties concerned.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
