The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.142 of 2016 and a closure report was also filed as 'Mistake of Fact' in R.C.S.No.12 of 2016 on 19.04.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sangagiri.

2. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed by this Court and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
