Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders enroute the private and government buses which are running with the route approval from Dhamapuri to Salem, Metur and Erode respectively and vise versa by entering via Thoppur inner road instead of flying outer ways roads within the stipulated time period.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) The writ petitioner has filed the writ petition with a prayer that the private and Government buses which are running with the route approval from Dharmapuri to Salem, Mettur and Erode respectively and also in the reverse run should enter via Thoppur Inner Road, instead of flying outer four ways roads.

2. With regard to this, it has been brought to our notice that the local residents have given a representation on 26.7.2016 to the four respondents. It has also been brought to our notice that the representation has to be considered by respondent Nos.2 and 3 or one of them, as the case may be.

3. Considering the same, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.7.2016 and pass suitable orders in the manner known to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
