ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the N.Sathish Kumar J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 272 days in paying the deficit court fee a sum of Rs.1000/- om the above Special Tribunal Appeal. 2.The petitioner, originally has filed civil revision petition with a court fee of Rs.500/-, the papers were returned for a direction for filing appeal and also court fee. The papers were represented as the above appeal on 06.09.2024, however, there is a delay of 272 days in paying the deficit court fee of a sum of Rs.1000/- in the above appeal. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the delay in neither wilful nor wanton and seeks for condoning the delay.

4. Heard M/s.S.Karpagapriya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. The learned Government Advocate has no serious objections in ordering this petition.
