2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. Though the delay has been calculated as 432 days actually it was 279 days. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 279 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.106336 of 2023 is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to print the name of J.Franklin as the learned counsel for the respondent, when the second appeal is listed for admission.
