Heard Mr.R.Subburaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Chandrasekar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2.Seeking to defreeze the bank account, the petitioner made representation on 06.10.2016 to the respondents, which is still pending consideration.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent would look into the said representation and pass appropriate orders.
4.Taking into consideration of the pendency of the aforesaid representation, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2016 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
