3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition 1/2

stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if he is advised to do so. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
