2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in para No.2 instead of deceiving it has been inadvertently stated as receiving.

3. Hence, Registry is directed to make necessary correction in para No.2 of the order dated 29.09.2023 as 'deceiving '

instead of receiving and issue fresh order copy. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
