ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner ; and Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is suffice to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2016 and in accordance with law.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the said representation dated 06.06.2016 made by the petitioner is available and the same is pending before the concerned authority and the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated:06.06.2016, on merits and in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the above submission, without going into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner in his representation dated 06.06.2016, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the status quo as on today to be maintained in the aforesaid property.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
