O R D E R

Complaining that the Government has not complied with the orders of the Division Bench dated 26.09.2016, the petitioner had filed the above Contempt Petition. Pending the Contempt Petition, on 19.07.2017, 1/4

the Government has passed G.O.Ms.No.256, appointing the petitioner as a Professor in Homeopathy subject to the result of the review petition that is filed by the contesting respondent namely, Dr.P.Radhakrishnan in Review Petition No.100 of 2017. Therefore, the order of the Division Bench is complied with in effect.
