This petition is filed to dispense with the production of signed and certified impugned order dated 07.09.2023 passed in S.C.No.48 of 2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur by accepting the copy of the same.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner was served with judgment copy with the digital signature of the Presiding Officer and also with the Court seal. For the reasons best known, the Registry has not accepted the said judgment copy and insisted for signed and certified copy of the judgment.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered. copy, which is permissible and number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
