This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No.464 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2018 and submitted its before the Sub Court for SC & ST Cases, Vellore, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
