This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner and to execute the sureties fixed in Crl.O.P.No.13181 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the nature of offences and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to execute the sureties since he was unable to get surety certificate from the concerned Revenue Department officials, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
