Crl.M.P. No.13619 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.20541 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in the order made in Crl.O.P.No.20541 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the Taluk Police Station, Kanchipuram, everyday at 10.00a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offence, investigation was completed and the petitioners have complied with the condition without fail, therefore, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
