O R D E R

By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider her representation dated 19.06.2023 seeking deletion of name of one Anbu son of Krishnan from the revenue records and issue patta in her name pertains to 3 cents of land situated in S.No.103/1B.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she is daughter of one N.Arumugam and 12 cents of land in Survey No.103 situated at 2/6

Sithalapakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, was purchased by petitioner's paternal grandfather Nanni. He had four sons namely N.Nalraan, N.Chithirai, N.Arumugam and N.Perumal. There was a partition among them, each were allotted 3 cents of land. The 3 cents were allotted to the petitioner's father N.Arumugam was classified as Survey No.103/1B.

4. Later, the name of one Anbu son Krishnan has been included in the revenue records erroneously. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents dated 19.06.2023 seeking deletion of name of Anbu and inclusion of her name in the revenue records. The same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

5. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2023 will be considered by the 3rd respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court. 3/6

6. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner would suggest that the petitioner has not mentioned her relationship with the above said N.Arumugam in her representation. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by mentioning her relationship with N.Arumugam, who was allotted 3 cents of land in the above partition.

7. The said representation shall be considered by the 3rd respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants.

8. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
