The petitioner herein was arrested on 20.07.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 309(4), r/w 311 and 351(3) of BNS Act.

2. The occurrence had taken place on 01.07.2025, wherein it is alleged that this petitioner along with the other two accused had waylaid the defacto 1/3

complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.8,500/- at knife point, out of which, only Rs.550/- was recovered and three knives used by the accused persons were recovered.

3. It is reported that A1 is detained under Act 14 of 1982. As far as this petitioner is concerned, there are three previous cases of similar nature.

4. Considering the investigation yet to be completed and the money not recovered in full, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original petition for bail stands dismissed for the present 26.08.2025 Vv To
